Tariq Mahmood Al-Hassan appointed Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistan

Prime Minister Imran Khan has appointed Makhdoom Syed Tariq Mahmood Al Hassan, Vice Chairman Punjab Overseas Commission, as his Special Assistant.

According to a notification issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, he has been appointed Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistani and Human Resources.

Syed Tariq Mahmood Al Hassan had earlier taken revolutionary steps in the Punjab Overseas Commission in 90 days.

On this occasion, he thanked the Prime Minister Imran Khan and the Chief Minister of Punjab and said that the solution of the problems of overseas Pakistanis and their relief is my first priority.

Syed Tariq Mahmood Al Hassan is the author of two books on International Relations.

He has been a member of global think tanks, including the International Institute for Strategic Studies, the Royal Commonwealth Society, Chatham House and the Royal Society of the Arts.
