Indian fitness expert Ankit Singh, also known as Ankit Baiyanpuri, is well-known for his traditional exercises.Although his desi workout style is well-known, He gained popularity when he took on and successfully finished a difficult 75-day challenge. Ankit Baiyanpuria was born in a Haryana farming family.Ankit Baiyanpuria is currently 25 years old.In his struggling days he also worked in zomato as a delivery boy .He is a devotee of Lord Shiva and his favourite destination is rishikesh.


Ankit Baiyanpuria is a vegeterian.He consumes milk, almonds, and ghee as part of his vegetarian diet. He frequently indulges in Badam Ragda, a recovery drinks prepared by firmly pressing almonds, following his workouts.He also take protien powder for his muscle recovery after his workout.Ankit also shares his diet plan in his you tube channel.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a video of himself talking with ankit baiyanpuria which caused the social media sensation to go viral. As a part of the “Swachhata Hi Seva” campaign, Baiyanpuria participated in the “Shramdan for Cleanliness” program.

“Today, as the nation focuses on Swachhata, Ankit Baiyanpuriya and I did the same!” the prime minister wrote, sharing the video. We added wellness and fitness into the mix in addition to cleanliness. That Swachh and Swasth Bharat vibe is everything!”

Read 10 pages of book .

Further, changes to the program are prohibited. Your progress is reset to day one if you fail to meet any of your daily objectives.

You’ll read at least 750 pages, establish a diet, stay hydrated, and be able to track your progress through a gallery of daily pictures if you successfully finish the program.
